Registration-R.M.P. (Registered Medical Practitioners)
All Diploma / Bachelor Certificate/ M.S. Holders and unregistered Herbal Practitioner/Heritary System Practitioner/ Yoga Therapist / Varma Specialist / Accupressure / Physiotheraphy / Naturopathy are required to apply to us for registration (in holistic medicine) in order to practice.
Send the fully filled in enclosed application form along with a xerox copy of your Diploma / Bachelor / Master Degree / Post Graduate Certificate, three (3) passport colour photos and the fees of Rupees Five Thousand Eight Hundred (Rs. 5,800/-) only.
Also enclose your family ration card xerox copy and school / college certificate xerox copy for age identity.
If you have any other medical certificates please send the xerox copy with your application form.
The following will be sent within thirty (30) days of our receipt of your application form, fees, and photos etc.
The Registered Medical Certificate (RMP) duly affixed with the special adhesive stamp as per the order of the concerned authority of the GSMC. (Colour Photo identity card, Copy of the code of conduct, Registration is valid for five years).
